Professional speculators have chosen to temporarily retreat

《Warrants Passion》Among the major business categories, the healthcare, conglomerates and information technology sectors currently show the strongest ultra-short-term performance. In the short-term, the healthcare sector is the strongest. Among the 150 securities monitored by the author, those with the highest ultra-short-term speculative value at present are New Oriental (09901), CSOP Nasdaq (03086) and ICBC (01398), which can be used as reference when buying related call warrants or bull certificates for profit. In the short-term, CSOP Nasdaq is the strongest. As for securities suitable as reference when buying related put warrants or bear certificates for ultra-short-term profit, Prudential (02378), Zijin Gold (02259) and HSBC (00005) are recommended. In the short-term, Prudential is the weakest.

At the market opening, bearish big players aggressively attacked, forcing the mandatory call of Hang Seng Index bull certificates with call prices located at 24700-24799 and some located at 24600-24699. In addition, the heavy concentration zone of Hang Seng Index bull certificates has moved back down to 24300-24399, comprising 33 bull certificates, indicating that professional speculators have chosen to temporarily retreat. Although the Hang Seng Index quickly rebounded afterward and rose back to 24771, it failed to stabilize above the key level of 24700. If this bearish pattern remains unchanged before market close, the short-term outlook will not be optimistic. Today (24th), Hong Kong stocks continue to decline, and searching for the bottom of an ultra-short-term corrective wave is expected. However, the bottom must appear no later than market close tomorrow; otherwise, the ultra-short-term corrective wave will be confirmed as completed. Finally, if professional speculators move the heavy concentration zone of Hang Seng Index bull certificates upward again without being attacked, the short-term outlook could turn positive once more.
