On the market, affected by the U.S. bipartisan proposal to restrict Chinese optical modules, optical communication and CPO concept stocks led the declines, with the three leading optical module stocks, known as the "Three Dragons," collectively plunging. Zhongji Xuchuang (Shen: 300308), Xinyi Sheng (Shen: 300502), and Tianfu Communication (Shen: 300394) all fell more than 7% in the morning session.

PCB-related concept stocks declined across the board, with Aohong Electronics (Hu: 605058), Jiangnan New Materials (Hu: 603124), and several other stocks hitting the daily trading limit down, Xunjie Xing (Hu: 688655) down more than 14%, and Yanmai Technology (Hu: 688312) down over 13%. Storage and semiconductor sectors also suffered significant losses, with Lianrui New Materials (Hu: 688300) down 10%, Zhongjing Electronics (Shen: 002579), and Guokang Micro (Shen: 300672) down more than 9%.

On the upside, the petroleum sector rose逆势, with the A-shares of the "Three Oil Giants" all gaining over 1% at midday. Affected by U.S. President Trump's rejection of Iran's peace proposal, international oil prices surged this morning, with both Brent crude and WTI crude rising more than 1% during the day. Additionally, the pork-related concept sector saw partial recovery, with Dongrui Co., Ltd. (Shen: 001201) hitting the daily trading limit up. Wens Group (Shen: 300498) recently stated that hog prices are expected to reach a turning point for consolidation before and after the Spring Festival, with a high probability of industry profitability in 2027.
